Twenty years ago, I started a glass business . Scott Albin Glass Inc. was involved with building and installing the aluminum and glass portion of several buildings in the area. A few well known examples are the Tom Masano Mercedes dealership, Bimbo bread offices, McDonald’s (multiple locations), Burger king on 5th Street highway ,and the Fed Ex in Allentown. I have also bought, built, sold and renovated several properties of my own over the years. I have scaled down the commercial portion of my company, and sold the auto glass division to another small business owner.
I originally got my real estate license to benefit my rental property company. I remember how difficult the process was when I purchased my properties. I wanted to be more knowledgeable. Buying a home is a lengthy and difficult process. My experience in contracting and real estate is a perfect combination. Helping you understand your purchase is my goal, and my responsibility as your representative. Real estate sales is a way for me to help others with my years of experience.
